It helps maximize your fixed costs by utilizing your downtime. Most people can turn their downtime or extra inventories into trade
credits which may be used to purchase other goods or services for their business or personal use. These trade credits may be
used on items that are a everyday commodity.
- What are trade credits?
Trade credits are what is used to trade goods or services within the Worx Trading Group Network. They are valued at the same
dollar amount as American currency.
- What goods or services are offered in the network?
As our network continues to expand, the number of services and goods to choose from will increase. We hope to provide
services through our network that are similar to those goods and services that are used on a daily basis in your business or
personal life. Goods and services that have cost you cash money in the past.
- How are my goods or services offered within the network?
When a purchaser inquires about the goods or services via our web service inquiry form or online message center, you will be
sent the information via email with general information about the service or good inquired about along with the Worx Trading
Group email marketing plan.
- How are my goods or services contracted by a purchaser?
After being contacted by the Worx trading group only service inquiry, all traders must negotiate service and amount of trade
credits as if they were doing everyday business. Use your trade credits wisely and utilize all research resources available.
- How is my account credited/debited when a trade is complete?
You and the purchaser are required to complete an online trade agreement once the service is completed. Your account will be
account will be credited/debited once the form is received. We STRONGLY advise the purchaser to complete a trade
satisfaction survey for other members to review.
- Can I purchase a good or service which may overdraw my account?
No. You must retain a positive balance to purchase any goods or service. If you are unsure of your trade credit balance, please
contact the Worx Trading Group.
- Are there any fees involved when selling my goods or services?
No. Any/All fees are assessed to the purchaser.
- Must I trade my entire good or service for trade credits?
Absolutely not. We encourage a cash/trade credit combination in Liu of no transaction at all. We believe that such combinations
help to prevent falsely inflated barter prices.
- I am currently a member of the Worx Trading Group but I am unable to offer a good or service for trade. Can you help?
Yes. You can purchase trade credits from other members or through the Worx Trading Group.
- How do I know if the purchaser or seller is a current and active member of the Worx Trading Group?
After enrollment, all members are issued a member identification number IDN along with a personal web page for thier service
or goods they provide. Each trading agreement requires each members ID number to validate the transaction. If you are
unsure of the status of the purchaser/seller, please do not hesitate to contact us.
- I am dissatisfied with the sellers goods or services. Who is held responsible?
Please treat each transaction as if you were a full paying customer in business. Please inquire about the seller's return
policies, guarantees and warrantees. Worx Trading Group is NOT responsible for any service or good rendered through the
network. We strongly recommend viewing trade surveys which are posted on each sellers home page. Please use all
resources available on a prerspective seller. Example: BBB, Better Business Bureau, personal referrals, Angies List, Etc.
